Acq section 8- Detailing Product integrations

Integrating your product with others that your ICP already uses can help you reach new customers seamlessly.

Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Identify Complementary Products
List the tools or products your ICP uses regularly. For example, if you’re building a project management tool, your users might also use Slack, Google Drive, or Zoom.
  2. Scope the Customer Journey
How will users interact with your product during their use of a complementary product? Create a customer journey map outlining:
    • When users will encounter your product.
    • How the integration adds value to their workflow.
  3. Design the Integration Flow
Use tools like Figma or Mockflow to design wireframes showing how users will experience your product within the other tool. Think about where and how your product fits seamlessly into their existing workflow. here’s a suggestion, feel free to use any tool.
  4. Measure Success
Track usage data post-integration—e.g., how many new users discovered your product through this integration? Are these users converting at a higher rate than non-integrated users?
